Our platform offers three types of user accounts:

• AI Trainers: Train and improve AI models through data annotation and feedback
• Product Marketers: Promote products through social media and digital channels

3.4 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or other conduct we determine to be harmful to our platform or other users.

4. Services and Platform Use

4.1 Platform Access

Maven Tasker provides a platform connecting workers with task opportunities. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to our services.

4.2 Task Completion

Workers agree to:

• Complete assigned tasks accurately and within specified deadlines
• Submit original work and respect intellectual property rights
• Follow all task-specific guidelines and requirements
• Maintain professional standards in all communications
• Not share login credentials or transfer tasks to third parties

4.3 Quality Standards

All work submitted through our platform must meet quality standards. We reserve the right to review submissions and reject work that does not meet requirements. Repeated quality violations may result in account suspension.

4.4 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Submit plagiarized, AI-generated (unless specifically allowed), or fraudulent work
• Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse the platform or payment systems
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users or platform administrators
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts without authorization
• Collect or harvest information about other users
• Interfere with the platform's operation or security
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

5. Payment and Earnings

5.1 Task Compensation

Workers earn compensation for completed tasks as specified in task descriptions. Payment amounts are determined by task complexity, length, and other factors.

5.2 Payment Processing

Earnings are credited to your account wallet after successful task completion and admin approval. Payment processing times may vary depending on the review process.

5.3 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your earnings subject to:

• Meeting minimum withdrawal thresholds
• Providing valid payment information (bank account or mobile money)
• Completing identity verification if required
• Compliance with all platform terms and policies

5.4 Payment Disputes

Any disputes regarding payments must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction date. We will review disputes and make determinations in good faith.

5.5 Taxes

You are responsible for determining and paying all applicable taxes related to your earnings. We may report earnings to tax authorities as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Platform Content

All content on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, software, and design elements, is the property of Maven Tasker or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 User Content

By submitting work through our platform, you grant Maven Tasker a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and distribute your submissions for platform operation and improvement purposes.

6.3 Work Ownership

Unless otherwise specified, all rights to completed work are transferred to the client upon payment. You retain no ownership rights to work completed through the platform.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

Our platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

8.2 No Employment Relationship

Workers are independent contractors, not employees of Maven Tasker. We do not provide employment benefits, and you are responsible for your own taxes and insurance.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maven Tasker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

8.4 Maximum Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maven Tasker, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the platform
• Your violation of any rights of third parties
• Your submitted work or content

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Informal Resolution

If you have a dispute with us, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally before pursuing formal legal action.

10.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Maven Tasker operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10.3 Arbitration

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

11. General Provisions

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Maven Tasker.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it.

11.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time.
